• Can the Bluetooth function play my phone music? No, the Bluetooth function of the turntable only supports Bluetooth Output. It does not support Bluetooth Input.

• How many Bluetooth devices can this turntable pair with? It can only support one device at a time. Make sure to turn off the previously paired device if you want to pair a different device.

• Does the arm automatically go onto the record by itself to play and vice versa? The turntable is not automatic, so you should manually put the tonearm onto the record. The turntable will automatically stop 3 minutes after the record ends.

• It is slowing down, is there anything I can do? You can try lubricating the hole under the platter with oil or replace a new belt. If the issue persists, we can send you a video to guide you on fixing it.
